Steam

• Many Steam events are open to all game developers. Make sure you have a Steam account linked to a product so you can receive email notifications for when these events are happening (demo events, sales, etc.).
• Make sure your email preferences are set to receive Steamworks features and events! If this is off, you won't get emails to opt-in to these events!

**PlayStation/Xbox/Nintendo**

• Participation in platform events is pretty exclusive and is usually done via contacts or being seen due to general industry/community noise.
• The best way to get these contacts is to do some networking, but here are some cold contact resources:
