This setup is for when I’m working on a more concentrated body of work. If you work on multiple projects, it might make more sense to group spaces per game IP or studio.

Content Calendar

General tips:

Set the default view to Calendar (in the Space settings)

Add filters to all calendars to show all status’ (including closed)

Set it to show tasks and Location for spaces and folders
